The Flight Deck gives your team an opportunity to see a Bombers home game from the FLIGHT DECK for free! If you coach a team ages 8 through 17, you can apply for tickets to take your team to attend one of 10 Winnipeg Blue Bombers home games this season. If you apply before May 18th you qualify to be selected for the entire season!!

We have received an amazing response to our 2016 Boston Pizza Players Tournament! With 122 teams registered in the first 20hrs, spaces are filling up quick! That being said, if the division for which you wish to register is currently full, please ensure your team is on the waitlist. We will try our best to open up more spaces if the demand is there and we have enough field space for matches!

2016 BOSTON PIZZA PLAYERS TOURNAMENT
The Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association's 2nd Annual Boston Pizza Players Tournament is set to open registration at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 19, 2016. All registration must be completed online through the Boston Pizza Players Tournament Website and navigate to the “Registration” button on the top right hand corner of the page. The Registration button will only show once we've gone live.
The Tournament will run Wednesday, June 1 to Sunday, June 5, 2016.
Entry Fee: The registration fee is $350.00 per team and will be accepted on a first come basis and will close when tournament brackets are full. Registration is limited to 160 total teams and/or 8 teams per division. Teams are guaranteed to play 3 games unless extenuating circumstances arise (i.e. weather). A team is not considered registered until payment is received by WYSA. This tournament will fill up quickly so make sure you register your team early! Entry deadline is Monday, May 16th, 2016 and absolutely no refunds after this date.
2016 WYSA OUTDOOR SEASON
Registration for the 2016 Outdoor Soccer Season should almost be complete at your local District Club (D-League & Premier) and Community Centres (Recreational).
Below is some brief info on how the Leagues are managed for the outdoor season:
The U9-U12 Recreational League season is administered by each individual district, so please contact them directly with questions pertaining to schedules and days of play. WYSA and the Districts will host the season ending Jamboree on July 9 & 10, 2016. Click here for the match and training formats for the 2016 outdoor season!
The U13-U18 Recreational League will kick-off on turf at the Waverley Soccer Complex on April 29, 2016. Grass field matches will begin on May 2, 2016 continue until June 30, 2016. All divisions will have 12-14 regular season matches, depending on when we can get on grass fields. The Cambrian Challenge Cup (playoffs) will begin on September 6, 2016 with the Finals on Saturday, September 24, 2016.

We will be working very hard to have a consistent night of play for each Premier division, giving you only 1 match per week, however, we face challenges such as pooled teams, out-of-town teams, team travel, MSA Cup, and of course referee/field availability. We will post the typical days of play for each division on the WYSA website as the picture becomes clearer from team registrations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there a maximum of five (5) goals posted for the scores of the games?
The reason there is a five (5) goal maximum is mainly for fair-play reasons. WYSA doesn’t want to degrade any teams by having the score being run up on them. Youth soccer is about the development and enjoyment of the game, and we feel that is a team is ahead by at least five (5) goals then they should work on aspects other than scoring goals.

GAME CANCELLATIONS
2015 OUTDOOR SEASON
At this time, there are no match cancellations. The match official will determined whether the field or conditions are unplayable at the field.
League wide cancellations will be posted here. In the event of an individual game cancellation, email notification will be sent directly to the teams.
